I, Elsa Nafikova, was born on May 8, 1973 in the city of Ufa, the republic of Bashkortostan. I live and work in Ufa.
In 1985-1989 I was studied at the Art School of the Arts Department of the Ufa of a graphic artist N. Grigoriev.
In 1991-1996 I was a full-time student of the Bashkir state Teachers’ Training University, an artistic-Drawing faculty, «Painting» by profession (under instructor Rinat Kharisov).
In 1995-1996 I attended Rais Gaitov studio.
Since 1999 I have been participating in art exhibitions. I am the participant of republican and regional youth exhibitions.
Since 2002, under the influence of a well-known Ufa painter, Rais Gaitov, I have been engaged in printing easel graphic art. In the printing graphic art I work in the technique of linocut and dry-point.
I am a participant of a number of international contest exhibitions of printing graphic art in Russia and abroad.
From 2006 I am a member of the Union of Arts Russia and a member of international association of Art UNESCO.
My art works in museums and private collections of Russia, Spain, Germany, Turkey, Mongolia, Czech Republic, Belgium, Romania etc.
Besides creative work since 2002 I have been working as an interior designer.
Since 2010, I am the private teacher of drawing, painting and composition.
